What does our app do?

Our app is the most intuitive and easy way to keep track of your mental health to date. The app will ask you 10 questions about your lifestyle and based on your answers it will tell you what you should improve on. Also the app will track your sleeping patterns, how much you socialized with others and once it has collected that data after a week. It will once again give you tips on what you are going well and also what you need to work on. For instance, if you put that you suffer from anxiety, and then throughout the week, the app detects that you talked to less than 3 people. At the end of the week, it will tell you to socialize more.
