Here at Myndful we take mental issues seriously, and we think that in order for someone to properly address their mental issues they have to first live in a society that does not look down upon those who are suffering from these illnesses​, this allows for more people to feel comfortable to come forward and talk about it.

So what are we doing about it? Well, we have created a very intuitive and engaging app that allows for people to answer a few questions about their daily lifestyles. Once finished, the app will see what they could improve on. This helps people create more mental and also in many cases, physical strength as well.

Stress is the feeling of emotional or physical tensions. This is one of the most common mental issue throughout all age groups.

OCD is the tendency of being a perfectionist and having a great attention to detail. OCD mainly happens in ages between 8 and 12, and late-teen to early adulthood.

ADHD is the issue of not being able to focus on one thing or hyperactivity. This mainly affects teenagers and sometimes can continue affecting them to adulthood
